House Andrew Murray Child and Youth Care Centre
As part of our social program, we make monthly contributions to House Andrew Murray Children’s Home in Wellington. The contributions are specifically allocated to the children with special needs in the field of therapy or additional classes for learning disabilities.
House Andrew Murray Child and Youth Care Centre, a programme of BADISA Western Cape, Wellington, is a registered NPO child and youth care centre (children’s home), which provides residential care to 155 children (between the ages of 1 and 18) outside the children’s family environment in accordance with a residential care programme suited and developed for the children in the centre.
HAM is a registered children’s home and a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO no 930006348). In terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act nr. 58 of 1962, bona fide donations are tax-deductible in the hands of the donor.
